Gyrokinesis is a fantastic way of getting the body moving without pain. Our bodies were designed to move, and therefore responds well to movement. The Gyrotonic equipment facilitates the return to free movement patterns in a very natural way, improving strength and flexibility.  Patients who suffer with severe lower back pain have had complete pain relief and stopped taking analgesics.  I believe interest in Gyrokinesis will lead to interesting research in the years to come; and it will definitely be part of my regular routine this year!
