Meet Jessica Williams

"You don’t have to push harder to improve. You can start by paying attention."

Jessica has always been drawn to movement. She grew up doing ballet, and is fascinated by the way bodies express, adapt, and respond. Over the years, she explored different ways of moving—but something always felt missing.

When she discovered the Feldenkrais Method, it was like finding the piece she didn’t know she was looking for. Rather than pushing or performing, it invited her to slow down, to notice, to ask questions, to explore and move with curiosity instead of judgment.

She completed her Feldenkrais training in Vienna, Austria between 2017 and 2021, and now guides others in this gentle yet profound approach to movement and self-awareness.

In her classes, you won’t find rigid routines or prescriptive exercises. Instead, she offers clear guidance to help you explore your own movement patterns—at your pace, in your way. It’s a space for learning, sensing, and rediscovering ease.

Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a more thoughtful way to move, you are warmly welcome to join.

I’m so happy to have joined Jessica’s weekly class.  Last week there was a huge difference in me from when I walked to class and when I walked back!  The class today addressed many subtle areas including the nervous system.  It’s so wonderful to have Jessica as a Feldenkrais practitioner in the Cape Town region.  She brings a beautiful clarity and steadiness to the work.
